In the marvelous countryside that stretches around the historic city of Itri, the gaze is lost among the olive groves, silvery by night with the moonlight and by day warmed by the excellent sunlight. The men who inhabited these lands have always drawn from the olive tree the magnificent juice to bring to the table to enrich nutrition, health and taste. A thousand-year experience to which Genesio Mancini has constantly inspired, having as its sole objective the processing of a healthy and genuine product able to tell, with its unique flavor, all the passion that he and his land are capable of expressing. This was the conviction that in 1950 he pushed Genesio Mancini, alone and with few means, to give life to a new entrepreneurial reality. Although the activity was little more than artisan Genesio Mancini realized that it was possible to produce a high quality product able to satisfy the needs of an increasingly large clientele. All this, over the years, has resulted in continuous investment and innovation processes. The new techniques of storage, preservation and bottling of the product allow to bring to the tables of everyone an oil with the intense flavor of the just-pressed olive.

From the first flower of the squeezing
Great care has been taken in the construction of the mill, seen as a central element for obtaining a product that fully reflects the tradition of the milling process. The mill is in granite stone with a milling capacity of 25q. of olives per hour, the milling is done cold, to avoid heating the olive paste and to maintain all the organoleptic characteristics, the vitamins and the typical elements of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Thanks to the maximum attention dedicated to the production process and to the continuous analyzes carried out in the internal laboratory, 2G OLEARIA S.r.l. guarantees the absolute authenticity of the packaged product. The process is as simple as it is ancient, only the grindstone that crushes the olives with its pressure. That grindstone that, thanks to honest and capable artisans, creates a product appreciated all over the world.
